SWORD AND THUNDERBOLT.

RESTORATION ANNOUNCED.

London, July 5.

The Times’ correspondent at Berlin says that Captain Goering, the Prussian Premier and Reich Minister of Air, in a speech at Kolberg, announced that the sword and thunderbolt will be restored to the claws of the Prussian heraldic eagle.

“The sword is a sign that we will keep peace, although we desire tire security of our people,” said Captaia Goering. “The thunderbolt is a sign that he who ventures again to destroy Germany will be struck by the thunderbolt of. this Prussian Eagle.”
