VISITS TO GERMANY PROHIBITED.
CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES.

The Austrian Government has prohibited Austrians from visiting Germany, thus retaliating to the German Government imposition of a £7O . fee for visas on Germans visiting Austria. Dr. Dolfuss, Austrian Prime Minister, announced that the constitution shortly would be remodelled to allow the extension of popular control. . , Detectives to-day searched Nazi headquarters and the houses of leading Austrian Nazis for arms and treasonable correspondence with German Nazis.
