CABINET’S DICTATORIAL POWER.

The Cabinet, which has a virtual dictatorship, decreed a 5 per cent, cut .in State salaries, old-age pensions and invalid pensions. Other drastic economies provide for a revision of the unemployment legislation, including provision for compulsory labour.
