80 ARRESTS MADE BY NAZIS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. . , Cologne, April' 29. As a result of a police drive 80 Communists were arrested for allegedly organising a counter-revolutionary movement, and 100 military rifles were seized. A Communist who jumped from a second sfory window was killed.
