£16,000 IN BEQUESTS
ESTATE OF MR. W. E. BIDWILL. OLD EMPLOYEES REMEMBERED., Masterton, March. 27. Bequests totalling £16,000 are made under the will of the late Mr. William Edward . Bidwill, 0.8. E., of Rototawssi, Featherston, who died on February 25. The estate has been sworn at £150;000. After making full provision for his widow and near relatives, the late Mr. Bidwill makes the following bequests to various organisations:— £ Wairarapa' Racing Club ; 2000 Featherston Anglican Church - 1000 Kahutara Public. Hall Greytown Hospital 500 Featherston Borough Council .... J™ Featherston Public Library 500 Governors of Christ College 500 National Red Cross Society (for backblocks nursing) ......... 250 New Zealand Nurses’ Memorial Fund 200 Mr. Bidwill has also made a number of bequests ranging from £2OO to -£2OOO to relatives and friends, and has Provided for several employees, two of whom will receive £2OOO each, and the other four, £5OO each. Rototawai station is to be divided between Mr. J. Carne Bidwill and Mr. H. Campbell Pearce. Mrs. Bidwill has a life interest in the homestead block, together with an annuity. Probate of the will has been granted the executors. Messrs. E. D. Bell, A. K. S. McKenzie, and C. W. Bell, of Wellington. • ■ .
