BUSH FIRE THREATENS TOWN

Gangs of forest workers assisted by volunteers have . been striving since Wednesday to subdue extensive bush fires surrounding the township of Bright at the foot of Mount Buffalo. Frederick Netzler, aged 75, was fatally burned.
