EVENING SPORTS MEETING.
At the committee meeting on Thursday night of the Waiter* Cycle, Athletic.! and Axemen’s Club it was decided to ; continue with the series of evening . sports similar to those held during the past year. It was decided to hold the next meeting on, the night of February 2 at the Camp Reserve. It was also announced that a cricket' matchhad been arranged between members of the ; New Plymouth League Cycle Club and ; the Waitara Club to take place at Waitara on Sunday next No meeting was held by the old freer-; ing works unionists yesterday. It is understood that of the 28menon relief work 19-axe ex-freesing worker*.
