The vessel is owned in Australia, but called at Manukau to land a man for medical treatment The trawler having thus touched New Zealand, the point is whether the fish in her holds, largely New Zealand varieties, which if brought here by trading vessels would be subject to a 10 per cent, primage duty, is 1 liable.

Customs officers boarded the Cam and sent a report to Canberra, but the general opinion is that the duty will not be imposed.,
