. Mr. J. Hoskin, formerly a business man at New Plymouth, where a few years ago he also took a prominent part in organising school entertainments for the West End school committee and other institutions, is now a resident of Puhekura, Cambridge, where he is engaged in share-milking. In a letter to Mr. W. G. Reid, secretary of the Old Thamesites Association, of which Mr. Hoskin is a member, he reports that he is doing well, the herd consisting of 127 cows.
