NATIVE INTEREST SAFEGUARDED. British Wireless. Rugby, Dec. 20. . Sir P. Cunliffe-Lister, Secretary for the Colonies, gave an assurance that the Bill introduced into the Legislative Council of Kenya regarding mineral rights in the newly-discovered Kenya goldfields provided ample safeguards for the interests of the native population of the area.
