WEST COAST GOLD PROSPECT
INVESTIGATION BY DUNEDIN MAN. By Telegraph.—Presa Aaaoeiatien. Dunedin, Last Night. The recently-reported discovery of rich gold prospects in an old creek bed on the West Coast has been investigated by Mr. R. T. Stewart, mining engineer. Dunedin, who reports that although IT ounces were secured in a very smaß area, no further prospects of value were obtained. The locality is midway between Reefton and Murchison.
