By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.

Rec. 10.5 pm. Berlin, Nov. 29. General Schleicher is continuing his efforts to form a provisional Government with a non-political programme. Wellinformed observers doubt his success, while Herr von Papen’s retention of the Chancellorship is regarded as certain.
