WAIRARAPA BAND CONTEST
QUICKSTEP AND TEST SELECTION. By Telegraph.;—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. The contest held by the Wairarapa Brass Bands Association on Saturday was attended by ten bands from the Wellington district. The awards were:— Quickstep, B grade: Carterton Municipal 1, Masterton Municipal 2, Wellington Artillery 3. C grade: Levin Municipal 1. Test selection, B grade: Wellington Artillery, 74 points 1; Royal Naval Volunteer Reserves, 72 points, 2; Masterton and Carterton Municipal equal, 69 points, 3. C. grade: Levin Municipal, 73 points L
