ARGUMENT ON POINTS OF LAW.

Gisborne, Nov. 9.

The action of the Poverty Bay Electric Power Board versus the Public Trustee was called in the Supreme Court this morning before Mr. Justice MacGregor and was adjourned pending argument on certain questions of law, which will be taken before the Court of Appeal. These questions are whether the Public Trustee can be • removed by resolution of the plaintiff board, and whether the clause making his appointment as trustee of sinking ■funds irrevocable is in the circumstances binding on the plaintiff board.
