THE TROTTING CUP. . TWELVE NOMINATIONS. . Nominations for the New Zealand Trotting Cup to be run at Addington on November 8 total 12, compared ivith 22 last year, when the race was run in two divisions and a final and was open to horses that had done 4.26 or better. The difference in the conditions is illustrated by the fact that although Lindbergh won the first division last year in 4.22 2-5 he was not eligible this year because he 4s assessed on 4,27.
