Brown, of Wellington, as Pianist of the "Opunake Star Orchestra.” Mr, Brown has had vast experience in Dance Bands in both Sydney and New Zealand, being pianist in some of the leading dance bands in both these places. His playing is proclaimed by all who have been privileged to hear him as being astounding.; in fact, he may b e known as the “Wizard of the Piano” in his rendition of jazz playing. Mr. Brown uses those two famous American composers, Zez. Confreys and Art. Sheft. !he remainder of the Orchestra are well known to the dancing fraternity throughout Taranaki as first-class players, every player being a soloist. We might mention that we have, added another “Marimba” Zylophone to our already large number of instruments. All the latest hits will be played at all future engagements. Committees can be assured that if the music is left in it hands their functions will be a success. Our Prices are very reasonable, and should enable Committees to reduce the door charges considerably. All applications will receive a prompt and courteous reply. H. BRCOKER, Manager, “Opunake Star Band/' Opunake. ’Phone: Day, 1 Opunake; Night, 109 Opunake. '’HEAR AND BE CONVINCED.’’
