There was another disgraceful Sunday football riot when teams at M entworth Park came to blows and spectators joined in. Three constables eventually separated the teams and escorted one to the ambulance room. Barrackers for the °th er side tore palings from fences and the grandstand and attacked the ambulance room, which was damaged. The police escorted the players from the oval.
