Brest divers have raised the Jim valuables from the Egypt wrecks strongroom, states the special correspondent of the Daily Mail. The articles recovered consist of a quantity of silver plate broken out of the cases owing to the shock of the blasting charges, and badly damaged by water, also a case. of two magnificent sporting rifles on which are gold plates. engraved with a crown and initials. They have been identified as part of a large shipment for the Maharajah of Patiala. The salvage ship Artiglio’s chief diver, Raffaelli, inspected the strongroom and reported that other valuables besides bullion were stored there.
