RECOVERY OF CHANCELLOR
INTENTIONS IN PARLIAMENT. IMPORTANT SPEECH EXPECTED. (British Wireless.) Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, June 6. Mr. Neville Chamberlain, who has made a good recovery from an acute attack of gout, is expected to restime his, Parliamentary duties this : week. He will probably be in the House of Commons on Wednesday or Thursday, when the feport stage of the Finance Bill will be- taken. , . ... /It is expected Mr. Chamberlain will make an important speech on the third reading of the Bill on Friday. It is anticipated currency questions will be discussed and the ecnnomic problem will be touched upon in a general survey of the financial situation. Mr. Chamberlain will, it is stated, deal broadly with some of tlie issues to be raised at the coming conferences.
