MAN SURRENDERS TO POLICE. SEVEN NOW IN CUSTODY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, April 14. Leonard Daniel Hunter, aged 29, a New Zealander, gave himself up to the police this morning and later appeared in. court charged with inciting lawlessness.
