Wellingtqn, Last Night. _ Percy L. Brady was to-day fined £5 for disposing of shoes by means of chance and £1 for obstructing traffic in Willis Street. His manager, Allan Perry, was convicted and discharged. Odd shoes were thrown into the street so that people could claim the mates.
