UNJUSTIFIED DISMISSAL
JUDGMENT GIVEN FOR DAMAGES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A case in which Francis Rickards proceeded against Catts-iPatterson (New Zealand) Ltd., for £lO5 as three months’ salary in lieu of notice ended to-day. Mr. E. Page, S.M., was of the opinion that there were not sufficient circumstances to justify plaintiff’s dismissal without notice, and he gave judgment for £l4O, plus £ll costs. _ r_;
