Rec. 8.50 p.m. Melbourne, Oct. 16 Two tellers of the Commercial Bank of Australia were conveying a large sum of money in bags from one branch to another in Collingwood to-day when two armed men stopped them and ordered the hags to be dropped. One teller’s revolver was taken away by the thieves, who escaped in a waiting.car with £769. The robbery was committed audaciously in full view of a number of people and with the greatest celerity.
