TWO BANK TELLERS ROBBED
ARMED THIEVES IN COLLINGWOOD AUDACIOUS DAYLIGHT CRIME. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 8.50 p.m. Melbourne, Oct. 16 Two tellers of the Commercial Bank of Australia were conveying a large sum of money in bags from one branch to another in Collingwood to-day when two armed men stopped them and ordered the hags to be dropped. One teller’s revolver was taken away by the thieves, who escaped in a waiting.car with £769. The robbery was committed audaciously in full view of a number of people and with the greatest celerity.
