POSITION IN NEW ZEALAND. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 16. A decrease of almost 500 in the total registrations of unemployed and a decrease of more than 4000 in the number engaged in part-time relief schemes are shown by the unemployment returns at October 12, as compared with October 5. The total unemployed is 50,930, as against 51,408.
