RANGATIRA AT DUNEDIN
NEW INTER-ISLAND FERRY BOAT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Oct. 16. ■ The Union Company’s new ferry steamer Rangatira arrived at Port Chalmers at 7.20 a.m. She is to be docked immedia'tely in preparation for entering the ferry run on November 2. Her approach in perfect weather was viewed by a large crowd. There was no function, but the Union Company head office officials were present.
