The popularity of scarves remains undiminished. They are worn on hats, as waist-belts, knotted at the back of the neck, and draped fichu-wise over the shoulders. A pretty idea is to cover the crown of a hat with a brilliantly coloured scarf and bind the neck of the frock with a strip of similar material.
