KITCHEN TEA AT KAPUNI.

A kitchen tea was tendered by the residents of Kapuni last Monday to Miss Daisy Bickford and Mr. James Crooks, prior to' their marriage. There was a good attendance of residents and visitors and a pleasant evening was spent in dancing. Mr. W. Walker, on behalf of those present, asked the young couple to accept a number of useful presents for the home, and he wished them happiness and prosperity. The function was arranged by Mesdaincs W. Walker, 11. G. Hodge, R. E. Harrison, J. Allan and J. W. Cameron, who supervised the supper. Dance music was plaved by Miss Mabel Guy, Master M. Whalen and Mr. Bert. EliasoH.
