UNEMPLOYMENT BORROWING

Mr. Ramsay MacDonald announced in the House of Commons that a motion was to be introduced on Monday increasing the borrowing powers of the unemployment insurance fund from £90,000,000 to £115,000,000. A meeting of the Liberal Party decided to support this demand.
