THE FAMOUS DIABOLO SEPARATOR.

A SOUND INVESTMENT. Messrs. Collett & Co., Ltd., have a very interesting and attractive display of the latest models of this well-known Separator at the New Plymouth Winter Show. First-class workmanship has always been the leading feature of “Diabolo” products which, combined with efficient servicing, has established this machine as a prime favourite with Dairy Farmers throughout Taranaki. Last season the Makers, after exhaustive experiment and test placed on the market a new “Ball-bearing” model, which has proved an unqualified success. The application of ball-bearings to Cream Separators is not a new thing, but up till quite recently this type of bearing, was not entirely successful in practice—therefore the makers of the “Diabolo” very wisely delayed the production of a ball-bearing model until such time as experiments proved that they had incorporated a bearing which would be satisfactory and reliable under ALL CONDITIONS. The same feature of thoroughness is evident in the smallest details of every ‘Diabolo” machine even down to the tinware fittings which, are of very sturdy construction and heavily plated. All the larger models are adaptable to any type of Drive and a comparison of prices and terms upon which these machines can now be purchased should be of more than passing interest to every practical Dairy Farmer visiting the Show.
