The music was supplied, by Henderson’s Star Orchestra and extras Were played by Miss A. Duggan, Miss L. Gilhooley and Jjlr. J. Hooker. The winners of the Monte Carlo dances were Mr. B. S. Dudley and Mrs. F. E. Grmlinton and Mr. Mullins and Miss G. Fleming. A number of the Pungarehu school children wefe conveyed to Rabotu on Saturday to take part in the Anzac services at the memorial gates and afterwards at the hall. The children realised the solemnity of the occasion and. it could be seen that they were pleased to have the opportunity of paying tribute to the fallen Anzacs. Mr. J. W. Priest conveyed most of the children. There is a large membership in the children’s basketball club, and, as the ball has arrived, all are keen. A practice is to be held at the end of the week-
