WOMEN ARTISTS’ SUCCESS

AWARDS AT SPRING EXHIBITION. British Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, April 24. Despite the competition' of well-known men artists women have won both the silver and bronze medals offered for the first time at the spring exhibition of the Royal Society of British Artists. Miss Sylvia Gosse, daughter of the late Sir Edmiind GoSse, the well known author, won the silver medal and Miss Dorothea Sharp the bronze.
