Nelson, Feb. 6.

James A. Anderson, pleading guilty to visiting streets for the purpose of betting, was fined £25 on each c 4 two charges to-day. Hany McNabb pleaded not guilty to a charge of frequenting Bridge Street for betting purposes and was fined £4O. Security for appeal was fixed at £45.
