Haldane, £2 14s (£1 5s fid); Hartnell and Co. v. J. N. Johnson, £1 18s Cd (Ss); H. H. Giles v. W. Fraser, £2 2s 3d (£1 5s Cd); Bellringer Bros. v. M. 'E. Marshall, £ll 12s 5d (£2 14s); W. G. Battey v. Frances Kitto. £26 (£4 Is fid).

Under judgment summons John Scott was ordered to pay John Parlane £7 16s and 15s fid costs forthwith, ill default seven days’ imprisonment.
