JUDGMENTS TOK DEBT. A short sitting of the Waitara Magistrate’s Oourt was held yesterday morning to deal with civil business. Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., presided. On a judgment summons Henry Tamati was ordered to pay S. G. Rimmington find Son £1 18s lid forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment. An order for possession was made in favour of M. H. Soffe against J. and M. Marsh.
