WAITARA CIVIL COURT
JUDGMENTS TOK DEBT. A short sitting of the Waitara Magistrate’s Oourt was held yesterday morning to deal with civil business. Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., presided. N 1 Rowe v. Sam Johnson, £3 9s 6d (£1 \los 6d); C. N. Rows v. Henry Te £6 Ils 7d (£1 l'7s 6d); G. P. Adamson v. J.' B. Soffe, £1 Is (8s); R. B- M. Fitzgerald v. George Grey (Urenui), £29 9s 4d (£4 8s 6d); R. B. M. Fitzgerald v, C. Ti Wai, £lO 12s lid (£2 Is); D. H. Purdie v. E. W. Proctor; £3 10s 8d (£1 3s. 6d). On a judgment summons Henry Tamati was ordered to pay S. G. Rimmington find Son £1 18s lid forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment. An order for possession was made in favour of M. H. Soffe against J. and M. Marsh.
