PROTEST AGAINST DUMPING. INSURANCE OF FARM WORKERS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 19. . During the debate on the present position of British agriculture in the House of Commons, Mr. Lloyd George was unspari ig in his condemnation of dumping. He said it was not only a question of plums, currants and fruits, but also of wheat. “I am against dumping,” he said. “Free trade must not be expected to carry that moiiftter on its back.
