The British Economic Commission on ite arrival at -the -Ndula copper fields on Monday will be presented with. a memorandum drawing- attention to Hie British policy which is alleged to be antagonising < Egypt, Malta, India and Central Africa. It stresses the desirableness of securing independent status for Northern and Southern Rhodesia within the Empire and requests increased legislative representation for the copper belt, in which there are now SOOO residents.
