Anderson, £6 9s 9d (£1 10s 6d); Norman V. Lobb v. Bernard A. Fama, £2 3s (£1 4s 6d); Mac Diarmid and Tompkins v. F. Richardson, £ll 4s (£2 18s); F. N. Wh\teombe v. C. Evans, £2 12s 6d (£1 2s 6d/; Paramount Tyre Service, Ltd., v. C. M. Payne, £46 13s Sd (£4 Is 6d); same v. F. A. Dunlop, £lO 18s (£2 14s). Under judgment summons T. H. Booth was qrdered to pay C. Dyke £2 14s. Gd forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment; Henry Waller to pay George Loveridge £5 8s 9d and 15s 6d costs forthwith, in default six days’ imprisonment; Jo© Edwards to pay J. Frizzell £3 18s sd, in default three days’ imprisonment.
