WHITELEY SPRING SHOW

' TWO EVENING CONCERTS. The Whiteley spring flower show terminated last night when tho Rev. Clarence Eaton presented a number of the prizes. Enjoyable musical items were arranged by Miss Cannoli and MrsRugby Hawkins. The programme was: Piano solo, Mrs. Vincent; songs, Mrs, Rugby Hawkins, Messrs. Frederick and Cleland; elocutionary items, Mrs. Nelson Hill. ■ Qu Wednesday night Mrs. A. B. Macdonald staged a short concert programme, items being given by tho fob lowing: Vocal solos, Mesdames Martini and Belcher; musical monologues, Mr. B. Mclntyre; violin' solos, Mr. Frank Svmes; double numbers, 2YB Trio (Messrs. H. Morey, F. Symes and L. Blanehctt). The takings for the show, including collections on Sunday (£l3 9s) aud donations (about £4) amounted to £76 Os 41/,d The door fees netted £lB 13s 6d, sweets stall £5 12s SJ, cake stall £7 19s 4d, flower stall £lO 16s 3d, produce stall £9 4s 4d and tea and. supper rooms £6 5s Gd.
