After skirting the river for some time they turned? at right angles, iiom the. • stream... The station Is only about, seven miles in a. direct line, but the route was unfamiliar to the party,, who were soon hopelessly tost.
When the party was reported missing tho police organised search parties. However, about 10 o’clock on the Monday morning the party readied tho railway line, little the w-orsa for their experience, but chilled by. a night of exposure.
