BRANCH FORMED AT AUCKLAND. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, July SC. An Auckland branch of the new P. and T. Officers’ Guild was formed last evening at a meeting stated to have been attended by 95 executive officers. At the same time a large meeting, held elsewhere and convened by the Auckland section of the P. and T.
