TORPEDO MISDIRECTED
JAPANESE DESTROYER STRUCK. By Telegraph—Press Assn.-Copyright. Rec. 10.30 p.m. July b. A destroyer practising in Tokio Bay misdirected a torpedo, which struck another destroyer, which was seriously damaged by the explosion. It was with difficulty taken to the Yokohama dockyard. 'The casualties have not been divulged.
