CYCLING AT WAITARA
FIRST ROAD RACE OF SEASON. The etart of tire road racing season under the auspices of the Waitara Cycle and Athletic Club will commence tomorrow at 1.30 p.m. The open race, a distance of about 7 miles, is to the Mountain Road and back to Waitara, and 'the junior race will be about 4 miles. The following handicaps have been declared:— Seniors. —L. Claffey, L. Tuffery, and G. Sole ecr; E. Oliver, W. Hicks, G. Fowler, 55sec.; H. Kopu, W. Huffara, J. Cooney, Imin. 25sec.; M.
