' Mr. Frank Oliver, a member of the Canadian board of railway commissioners declared that Canada's entire economic structure had been shaken to its foundations through disregard oi wellestablished business principles in wheat pools and method of handling the crops. He said the principles of pool marketing had failed in their purpose.
