CYCLIST KILLED ON ROAD
SKIDDED IN FRONT OF MR. By T&lecraph.—Press Association. Cambridge, June 19. A fatality occurred on the main rpari at Karapiro, about three miles from Cambridge, early this morning, when Robert Adams, aged about 30, a single man, was knocked off his bicyclo through a collision with a car. He sustained shocking injuries, being killed instantly. Adams was cycling to Cambridge, and it is surmjsed that his cycle skidded in loose sand and the car ran over him. , The Car was driven by James Oliver Barnett, of Pu'tarur'u, who Sustained a gash over the temple and is suffering from shock. A companion, Malcolm Angus, was uninjured but is suffering' from shock.
