PRODUCE CARRYING CONTRACT. RENEWALS ANNOUNCED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. -Copyright. Roe. 12,40 a.m. London, June 10. Mr. D. Jones, chairman of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board, has. secured a renewal of the contract with the New Zealand Shipping Company, the Shaw, Savill Company and the Commonwealth and Dominion Line to carry meat for three years at reduced rates. The freight saving will be £50,000 per annum.

The New Zealand Dairy Produce Board has obtained a similar renewal of the contract for carrying butter and cheese at a saving of £35,000 annually.
