ELECTRICITY RATE REDUCED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Wellington trams show a profit for the year of £15,669 and the buses a loss of 14,628,. leaving a net profit of £1039. One result is that the council is considering a reduction in Sunday trams and buses, traffic that day being much affected by the increase in private cars. Passengers by tram were 46,581,456, an increase of 836,498, by bus 1,285,915, a decrease of 20,968. The electricity department shows a profit of £59,395 and the council has decided to reduce the tariff by £16,000 in addition to the reductions of £25,000 made in January,
