REPRISALS HERE PROBABLE By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 9.45 p.m. Winnipeg, May 5. The New Zealand editors who arrived on Sunday en route for England condemned the three cent import tax to be levied on New Zealand butter. Mr. A. E. Manning, of the Waikato Times, considered tho proposal iniquitous and expressed the belief that it would lead to reprisals on the part of New Zealand.
