AUCKLAND SCANDAL RECALLED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, May 5. An application by the New -Zealand Medical Council to have the name of Baldcv Singh Share, formerly a medical practitioner in Auckland, removed from tho medical register was granted by Mr, Justice Herdman to-day. Share, who is serving a term of imprisonment, was not represented, but filed. an affidavit protesting his innocence of' the charge on which he was found guilty. The judge declared that Share had been found guilty by a jury and he had no option but to grant the application with the proviso that readmission could not be sought until after a lapse of five years.
