ELECTORAL BILL A CONDITION.

It is now admitted in Liberal quarters that negotiations are proceeding with Labour with a view to co-operation, conditional on the passing of the Electoral Bill, under which the Liberals will have a better chance of representation at Westminster. The result may extend Labour’s period of office two years or even longer.
