Mr. Justice Rich in the High Court to* day granted the. coal owners formal leave to ’ appeal against Mr. Justice Beeby’s interim award made in the Federal Arbitration Court in Melbourne on Thursday, when' he hold that there was a serious inter-State dispute m the coal industry and fixed the date for hearing of the claims of the Miners’ Federation. Argument on the appeal 'in the High Court was fixed for February 17.
